FC 27 rumours are already pulling a lot of players back into planning mode, especially those keeping an eye on FC 27 Coins and the way the market usually moves before a new cycle starts. From the early leaks, it sounds like EA is testing more than one big change for Ultimate Team, and some of it feels aimed at cutting out the little annoyances people have complained about for years.

Early gameplay notes feel familiar, but cleanerThe first thing testers seem to agree on is that FC 27 still feels close to the early weeks of FC 26. That said, defending is getting better reactions. Manual tackles appear to matter more, and when you win the ball, it looks like you can keep it instead of watching it bounce straight back to the other side. Interceptions are also meant to feel sharper if you read the pass properly. Through balls, though, still sound a bit too strong for some players.

Passing has reportedly been toned down in a good way. Basic passes are less tied to special PlayStyles, so the game may feel a bit more natural for people who just want to build play without overthinking every touch. Left-stick dribbling has also earned a few positive comments, and jockeying sounds smoother than before. It is still early, though, and anyone who has followed these tests before knows a lot can shift between now and launch.

A new SBC setup could save a lot of timeOne of the biggest leaks is a point-based SBC system. Instead of chasing exact squad ratings, each card would carry a point value, and you would simply need to hit the target number. That alone could make squad building feel less awkward. There is also talk of a one-click submit option, which would do the heavy lifting for you when you just want the challenge done.

Even better, duplicate cards may finally have a proper use in the same SBC. For plenty of players, that would be a real quality-of-life fix. The standard SBC format is still expected to stay around, but if this new version lands well, EA might end up leaning on it more than people expect.

Evolutions and collections could change long-term playEvolutions are also said to be getting more flexible. The current leak points to branching upgrade paths, which means the same player card could end up with different versions depending on the route you pick. That opens the door to more personal squad building, which is something fans have wanted for a while. An undo option and a full reset feature are also being tested, so mistakes might not sting quite as much.

Then there is the new Gallery system. Once you pack a card, it would stay in your collection database even if you sell it or use it in an SBC. That sounds simple, but it could change how people look at grinding packs and completing sets. Rewards tied to collections may include special items, exclusive players, or cosmetics, and that gives the mode a longer tail than the usual weekly cycle.

What players really want nextLeaks are great, but a lot of the community is still waiting on the stuff that affects every match. Better rewards in Rivals, monthly prizes, and 2v2 FUT Champions all come up again and again in player chats. If EA can pair those requests with the systems being tested now, FC 27 might feel like more than a fresh coat of paint. As summer updates roll in, interest in cheap FIFA 27 Coins will probably keep climbing, especially if these Ultimate Team changes start looking real.
