I’ve recently run into a contractual issue with a contractor and need to get a lawyer in Ontario who understands the Construction Act inside and out.

Since this is my first time dealing with a legal "stampede," I’m a bit overwhelmed by the initial consultation fees. Are there specific questions I should ask to ensure the practitioner has actual courtroom experience in my specific region of the province?
