Audit Shield: How to Organize Your GST HST File for Success

Hi everyone,
I am currently middle-deep in an internal review and am trying to create a foolproof gst hst file system that would stand up to a snap CRA audit.
I’ve started digitizing every single receipt to back up my ITC claims, but I’m wondering if there are specific "red flags" in the 2026 guidelines that I should be aware of.
For example, are meal and entertainment deductions being scrutinized more heavily this year? I am striving for 100% transparency in my records and would love to hear how you categorize your "minor" expenses to ensure they don't get rejected.
Thanks in advance.
